The Alliance for African Assistance is currently seeking a part time Small Business Outreach Field Worker. The job requirements of this position include: visiting existing businesses in the city of San Diego, developing contacts by walking door-to-door in commercial districts and collaborating with community partners, introducing the Alliance for African Assistance’s Microenterprise Program, providing preliminary assessment of a business’ potential for expansion, and making an initial estimate of the resources required. For those owners committed to pursuing business expansion, the field worker will initiate the referral process to the Microenterprise program for technical and loan application assistance
